Choose How You Send Your Items

Drop-Off (Appointment Only)

You bring your items to Campbelltown NSW at the agreed time. You'll be given a completion estimate and collection details.

Mail-In Service

You send your items by Registered Post with a prepaid return satchel inside. They come back in your satchel with tracking.

Local Pick-Up

Pick-up and return available for schools and larger jobs over $300 in the local area. Quoted based on distance and job size.

Sharpening Process

Once your items arrive, they go through a consistent workflow:

✔Edge angle and condition checked
✔Sharpening on professional machines
✔Honing and polishing where required
✔Final test (cut or run) before completion

Quality Check & Completion

Before your items are returned:

✔Edges are checked for consistency
✔Tools are wiped down

You receive a confirmation that your job is complete and ready for collection or return shipping.
